I love Heart & Hand! It's not just cookies and pies... we bought our Christmas candle and a veggie pot pie there also! The owners are obliging, friendly and helpful. A delightful place to visit!

Make arrangements. They sell out fast. Excellent food. And Heaven is here with their Pot Pies.

Highly recommend the delicious cheese spread and home made bread. Raspberry pillow cookies melt in your mouth. Store is cute and quaint run by super-nice owners. A must shop!

The take and bake pot pies are delicious. The cookies and pies are always fresh. The friendly owner gave my pregnant wife a free cookie which she happily devoured on the way to Skaneateles.

Nice baked goods shop. Recieved a bag with a few different kinds of cookies in it. Each one was delicious. Friendly employees also.

Best pies in CNY. Really friendly, family owned and operated business. If you haven't stopped in, you are seriously missing out. They also have amazing cookies, breads, you name it. We like to grab their frozen chicken pot pies and keep one in the freezer as a go-to meal. You can put in an advance order at holiday time for pies, and can often get some items you don't usually see in the display, like chocolate cream and pumpkin pecan, which are my favorite things from Heart'n Hand. I highly recommend their fruit pies with the crumb topping.
